Galing Pook Foundation and the Local Government Academy (LGA), in cooperation with the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP), launched at Friday, August 14, the Adapt and Innovate (A+I) Leadership Course for Peace and Development. The launch was immediately followed by the Mayors’ Preparatory Meeting and was attended by personnel from Galing Pook, LGA and LCP, A+I Mentors, and the mayors and staff of select 12 cities nationwide.
The A+I Leadership Course aims to develop among the participants: (i) a keen understanding on the current adaptive challenges city governments are facing, and, (ii) adaptive and innovative capacities under the “new normal” and towards peace and development.
Dear Local Chief Executives and Local Government Officials and Staff Concerned:

- strategies implemented;
- innovations introduced;
- challenges encountered; and
- recommendations to other LGUs/national government.
