In this episode, we visit Cotabato in Mindanao where seven municipalities formed an alliance to address common issues. We highlight the Kabalikat PALMA Infrastructure Project, the road construction project of the alliance. We also take a look at the alliance of barangays in Midsayap, formed to address conflicts usually in the form of rido and land conflict.
